Returns and Exchanges

We at conceal-it.com are sorry our product did not fulfill your needs.

For all Returns:

  1. The product must be new, unused, and not damaged.
  2. The product must be returned in the same box in which you received it, along with the bubble wrapping it was originally shipped in.
  3. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
  4. Customer must pay the full returning S&H expenses.

For all Exchanges:

  1. The product must be new, unused, and not damaged.
  2. The product must be returned in the same box in which you received it, along with the bubble wrapping it was originally shipped in.
  3. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
  4. Customer must pay the full returning S&H expenses
  5. Customer must pay the full S&H expenses for the exchanged product being sent back to the customer.
